Our Charity

The charity started because of an amazing lady called Elizabeth, who looked after vulnerable, orphaned and abused children in the Zweletemba township, outside of Cape Town, South Africa. She did this for 20 years and used her pension as well as meager donations. In 2010 a group of friends in Surrey came together to fundraise on her behalf. We were so touched by her courage and empathy and felt that we could help feed, clothe and educate the children by raising funds in the UK.
